"Excellent customer service! Called on Sunday and Jay came out Monday to diagnose our issue. We have a gas fireplace that turns on with a switch and we could not get it to turn on. He diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes. I asked him if he could get the part to repair it prior to Thanksgiving and he did just that! Our fireplace is working and he even vacuumed it out for us! Great company! Highly recommend!! Thank you Jay!"

Message was sent inquiring about service and I got a response within 10 min with an appt quickly scheduled. My chimney was cleaned, no mess and he even repaired our fireplace door. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned everything afterwards. Will definitely use Jerry again
